Gert Swanepoel, Fearless Leader & Programmer
Gert’s love for coding started in 2001 when he enrolled for a Java Programming Course at Van Zyl & Pritchards in Rosebank, Johannesburg. It is also here where he got to work with HTML (the base of all websites – well, back in 2001 anyway) for the first time. After completing the Java Programming Course he started building websites as a side-income during holidays. This part-time hobby soon turned into his full-time work where he worked as a junior designer for The Business Navigator in Rivonia. During 2003 Gert left The Business Navigator and started his own web design company. Since then his passion for all things new and technological has him still designing websites 17 years later. His dedication to do all things the right way, makes him a great person to work on your project.
Jolandie Swanepoel, Creative Director
Jolandie is our Creative Director. As Lynx Web & App Development Creative Director, Jolandie is responsible for the design and UX (user experience) of our websites. She communicates with customers, project managers and developers to deliver website designs with the user’s best interest at their root. Challenging the norm and pushing the boundaries of UX is all part of the day job for Jolandie.
Karlien Swanepoel, Executive Salesman
Karlien’s early career started in retail sales where she mastered the art of understanding individual customer needs. Her next step moved her into business development consulting where she built on her knowledge of understanding individuals to understanding the needs of businesses.
After several years of gaining valuable business experience, and also completing her master’s qualification in the field of Clinical Psychology, it was finally time to start her own business.
She is now perfectly equipped to first understand, and then implement digital solutions for your business.
